Reason for your return

We have a 14-day return policy and returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date as stated in the tracking information.

All Returns are issued as store credit in an electronic gift card via email. 

 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and stickers attached.

If the return is due to an error on our end (defective, damaged, wrong item, etc.), we will happily issue a full refund including the cost of shipping.

Returns are processed Monday to Friday, excluding some federal holidays. You will receive an email containing your e-gift card once your return has been processed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your package for delivery status! For any delivery issues or if your package is lost/stolen, please contact the respective carrier (USPS or FedEx).

CONDITIONS

Face masks, socks and clearance items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.

For hygienic reasons, all items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged and brand new with all original tags and stickers attached or we will not accept it back. This includes but is not limited to visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, smoke, scents, etc.

Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied.

Packages returned to us marked “Refused”, “Undeliverable”, or otherwise will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that Crazy Crowns is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
